The Wyvern Institute has been working with Mk2 Creative since changing from a large corporate IT service provider a couple of years ago. Where previously, we found working with a large corporate IT service provider distant, they were quite unresponsive and impersonal. In contrast, it has been a delight working with Mark, who is friendly and responsive. What sets the service he provides apart is his combination of deep technical knowledge and genuine friendly support. Mark takes the time to explain to us what has happened or what needs to be done in language that we understand as non-specialists in IT. He also takes time to offer practical advice and he identifies issues that we might want to consider further down the line. Mark delivers what we ask for without overcomplicating issues, but he still brings his expertise to the table.
