Mark at Mk2 is, quite simply, in a different league.
I've worked with other web developers over the years. What sets Mark apart isn't just technical skill, it's the rare ability to understand a client's brief more clearly than the client does themselves. I'd arrive with half-formed ideas and leave with something better than I'd imagined. That's not common.
What is genuinely uncommon, and I don't use this word lightly, is his genius for working at the cutting edge of AI integration. Not as a gimmick, but in ways that meaningfully change how a site thinks, functions, and serves its users. PAConline and PAC Exeter are both performing very well, and I'm in no doubt that Mk2's involvement has been central to that. The platforms wouldn't be what they are without him.
Add to this his creativity, his responsiveness, and his instinct for what actually works, and you have someone I recommend without hesitation.
My only advice? Don't let him work for your competitors.
